Must:

- Extensive hands-on experience with Azure
- Deep practical knowledge of LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini)
- Practical understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-calling for LLMs
- Proven experience with financial data
- Familiarity with trading platforms or fund administration is a major plus
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive AI strategy with senior stakeholders
