Responsibilities

- Conduct updates, upgrades, and maintenance for both hardware and software systems to improve network efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security - Address high-priority issues and escalations from internal business partners - Troubleshoot and resolve PC, server, networking, and cabling issues - Ensure IT services remain compliant with IT Security, SOX, and internal controls - Support the integration of IT hardware, including factory torque tooling systems like the Pinpoint system - Provide on-site IT support, including system and infrastructure management - Serve as a bridge between internal IT teams and business partners, working directly with facility staff to resolve technical issues - Provide 24/7 support for critical systems, including Windows PCs and networked hardware - Conduct proactive project work to enhance IT capabilities within the facility - Use the Pinpoint system for factory torque tooling integration, including cabling and networking - Maintain clear records of tasks and follow-up actions

We are a leading manufacturing sector client seeking an IT Analyst to join our dynamic, business-facing IT team. This hands-on role supports both manufacturing and office environments, focused on delivering efficient IT services, maintaining critical infrastructure, and driving proactive improvements. This varied position involves a mix of desktop support, server management, and network maintenance, making it ideal for IT professionals who thrive in fast-paced, technically challenging environments. This is a full-time on-site role based in Springvale, Belfast, Ireland, on a 12-month contract with potential extension, offering a pay rate of £22 to £26 per hour (Inside IR35).
