Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Technical Architect with strong experience in Genesys Cloud. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working on Genesys Cloud projects and possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud
- Knowledge of Genesys Engage
- Experience in AI/ML
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Skills in API Integration
- Proficiency in Java/Python
Responsibilities
As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions using Genesys Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success, and ensuring that all technical aspects align with business objectives. You will also be involved in advising on best practices and contributing to the overall architecture strategy.
Description
