Requirements
Must:

- Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Database
- Experience in developing end-to-end features for systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning
Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer the end-to-end features of a system
- Deliver innovative solutions to improve client services
- Apply a cloud-first and agile mindset to solve business problems
- Collaborate and manage team performance effectively
- Make key decisions and engage with multiple teams
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
- Mentor junior developers within the team
