Responsibilities
As Enterprise Architects, we lead efforts across various levels within our organization to translate business strategy into meaningful change and technical delivery. In this role, you will:
- Identify and prioritize changes to enable delivery at pace.
- Lead and influence the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that facilitate change.
- Own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps from a business, technology, and data perspective, including 'as is,' 'to be,' and transitional states.
- Consult and support collaboration throughout the organization.
- Understand our organization's ecosystem and its interdependencies, including reference architectures.
- Take a strategic view across all architectural domains, portfolios, and programs.
- Recommend reuse, sustainability, and scalability to optimize value and reduce risk.
- Establish architectural principles, policies, and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy.
- Develop the architecture community.
- Carry out horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and their potential impact on our organization.

Description
In this role, you will need to: - Assess how societal trends and industry practices might impact our organization. - Work with external parties to inform policies, strategies, and standards. - Anticipate changes to policy and build resilience through architectural work. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. - Mediate challenging architectural discussions and gain support from stakeholders for high-risk architectural initiatives. - Identify appropriate contractual frameworks and select suppliers. - Facilitate issue resolution between teams and coach on team dynamics and conflict resolution. - Make and guide high-stakes architectural design decisions and evolve architectural governance. - Define complex problems and guide the team in exploring effective solution options.
