Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who possess a strong understanding of the ISO 26262 functional safety lifecycle, including ASIL levels and software tool qualification. You should have experience in setting up embedded toolchains, including compilers, debuggers, and CI/CD for embedded systems. Proficiency with model-based design tools such as MATLAB and Simulink is essential, along with solid knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) like AUTOSAR OS, QNX, or FreeRTOS. Additionally, I expect you to have experience with MISRA C/C++ compliance and using static analysis tools, such as Polyspace or QAC. Proven experience with requirements traceability tools like DOORS, Polarion, or Jama is important, as well as hands-on experience with embedded software integration and validation in SIL, PIL, or HIL environments.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will establish and manage the development environment for our next-generation safety-critical systems. Your responsibilities will include setting up and qualifying embedded toolchains, defining software processes in line with ISO 26262, and supporting the entire safety lifecycle from requirements to validation.
