Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in the Water/Utilities sector is essential.
- Proven expertise with SAP S4HANA and/or MS Dynamics.
- Expert in both Agile (User Stories, Scrum, Jira) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Core knowledge of Customer and Work Management processes.
- Practical experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and Jira Service Desk is required.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive process innovation.
Responsibilities
- Drive a critical transformation program by bridging business process needs with technology delivery in the Water/Utilities sector.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementation of systems and processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to facilitate process innovation.
Description
This is an urgent vacancy, and we are keen to shortlist candidates for interviews immediately. The position is a 6-month contract based in Bradford, UK, with a hybrid work model (3 days on-site).
