Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- I will assign you to deliver technical support services in Remote Patient Monitoring and CRM devices.
- You will provide accurate technical information to customers in response to inquiries and field reports.
- Support for field Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers will be part of your role, which includes sales support, remote care, device management, regional training, and troubleshooting.
- You will assist in the delivery of educational materials for new product training and in-service seminars to physicians, nurses, and sales representatives.
- Providing technical and clinical assistance to Regulatory Affairs personnel when required will also be part of your duties.
- I expect you to collaborate with international teams to resolve product and clinical issues involving overseas customers.
Description
This position is a 12-month contract, with a hybrid work pattern that allows for 1 day from home and 4 days in the office (after training). The salary for this role is £14 per hour and is based in Solihull, B90 8AJ. Full technical training will be provided as you join our team of Technical Support Specialists, where you will be responsible for providing remote technical guidance on the use and operation of CRM products to healthcare professionals and internal departments.
