Requirements
Must:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant mechanical/HVAC discipline.
- Current F Gas Certification (essential).
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC plant (AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, etc.).
- Full UK Driving License (van provided for work use).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems across various commercial sites in London.
- Provide fault finding and repair services for HVAC plant.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and communication while on site.
- Adapt to various shift patterns including Monday - Friday or 4 on/4 off.
