- Experience in supporting project management teams

- Willingness to support and train team members
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve COINS-related issues
- Understand customer processes and translate these into effective COINS solutions
- Support the project management team in delivering larger implementation projects
- Provide insights on best options and solutions for customers
- Mentor and develop team members
- Assist customers with queries related to COINS during regular business hours
