Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, I will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Customer Success Team. My duties will include managing a small portfolio of customer accounts, primarily outside the finance vertical, and providing cover for Customer Success Managers during their absence. I will collate operational data to produce monthly customer service reports and ensure exceptional administrative support is delivered to the Customer Success Team. It will be my responsibility to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or other communication channels. I will conduct regular audits of the work being done and the customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and any remedial work is completed effectively. Additionally, I will coordinate with various departments to resolve client issues quickly, participate in team meetings to contribute ideas that enhance customer satisfaction, monitor customer issues and complaints to identify patterns, and attend customer and industry-focused networking events both on-site and off-site. I may also be required to positively contribute to internal projects that require the input of the Customer Success Team.
