Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Omnichannel (voice, chat, messaging)
- Expertise in contact centre telephony & IVR (call flows, queues, routing)
- Proficiency in Copilot Studio (bots, IVR, conversation design)
- Familiarity with Azure Communication Services (ACS)
- Experience with Power Automate & system integrations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams telephony integration
Responsibilities
- Configure and deliver D365 contact centre solutions
- Design IVR, call flows, and customer journeys
- Integrate ACS, Copilot Studio, and D365
- Build automation workflows using Power Automate
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise performance
Description
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Telephony Consultant to support the delivery of a modern contact centre solution, integrating D365, telephony, and automation tools. This is a 6-month contract based in Lincoln, where you will work onsite two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday). We value flexibility and collaboration within our team as we strive to enhance our contact centre capabilities.
