Requirements
Must:
- Experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professional
- Strong background in developing, implementing, and managing logistics support solutions across the entire lifecycle of complex defence systems
- Skilled in managing obsolescence, in-service support, and sustainment for legacy systems
- Able to provide expert guidance on supportability engineering, maintenance planning, and logistics governance
- Comfortable operating in regulated, secure environments
- Adaptable to ambiguous and evolving situations

Responsibilities
- Join our ILS consulting team and align with current and upcoming demand
- Engage in projects requiring a commitment of 2-3 days per week on-site at client locations in the Southwest
- Contribute to ensuring operational readiness and maintenance requirements are met
- Develop and implement logistics support solutions
- Provide guidance on ILS strategy and best practices
- Support the management of obsolescence and sustainment of legacy systems
