Requirements
Must:
I expect you to provide evidence of knowledge and experience of ITIL processes. You should be familiar with delivering to SLAs and managing your workload accordingly. Experience using an ITSM (ticketing) tool to manage user incidents and service requests is essential. Additionally, having experience or knowledge of deployment tools such as Intune and remote support applications would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work within our End User Computing team, providing first and second line support for services across the Microsoft suite on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. You will also support video conferencing equipment hardware issues and mobile telephony. Your shifts will vary between 07:45 and 18:00, and you will provide IT phone support to volunteer lifeboat crew and staff members. Your main focus will be on supporting our hardware equipment provision and handling service requests, which will include configuring hardware for new starters, managing break/fix replacements, fulfilling software installation requests, and supplying IT peripherals.
