We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst working on projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Good end-to-end requirements management understanding, with experience in writing requirements documentation.
- Strong communication skills to build good relationships with our key stakeholders and customers.
- A team player who is highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good problem-solving skills and a flexible approach.
- A logical and analytical thinker who can quickly evaluate information and identify key issues.
- Experience in testing and test script writing.
- A good level of MS Office knowledge.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Working across the RNLI at all levels to gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements that will help define the scope and deliverables of strategic projects.
- Utilizing business analysis tools and techniques including workshop facilitation, process mapping, and requirements prioritization.
- Supporting project stakeholders and teams to influence, develop, and deliver strategic change within the organization.
- Identifying, analyzing, and responding to project risks, pre-empting potential issues, and challenging the design and development community to work towards solutions.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the expertise of the BA team at the RNLI.
Description
We are excited to offer two temporary Business Analyst positions in our central portfolio office team for up to 12 months. The positions come with a competitive salary ranging from £41,242 to £48,520, depending on experience, and the opportunity for flexible working, including hybrid arrangements between home and Poole, Dorset. Along with 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, we offer an outstanding pension scheme with contributions of up to 16% of basic salary, life assurance, and a health and dental cash plan.
