Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst working on projects throughout their lifecycle
- Good end-to-end requirements management understanding, with experience in writing requirements documentation
- Strong communication skills to build good relationships with our key stakeholders and customers
- A team player who is highly self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good problem-solving skills and a flexible approach
- Logical and analytical thinker that can quickly evaluate information and identify key issues
- Experience in testing and test script writing
- A good level of MS Office knowledge
Responsibilities
- Gather, document and analyse functional and non-functional requirements to define the scope and deliverables of strategic projects
- Utilise business analysis tools and techniques, including workshop facilitation, process mapping and requirements prioritisation
- Support project stakeholders and teams to influence, develop and deliver strategic change within the organisation
- Identify, analyse, and respond to project risks, pre-empt potential issues and challenge the design and development community to work towards solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the maturity of the BA team at the RNLI
Description
