Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly across HCM modules
- Expertise in Employee Records, Absence Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, Self Service HR, Payroll, Time & Labour
- Technical skills in Fast Formula, HDL (HCM Data Loader), OTBI reporting, PL/SQL, Workflow configuration, Oracle BI Publisher/XML, Visual Builder Studio, FBDI/ADFDI
- Additional business process knowledge in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Asset Management, Treasury and Bank Reconciliation, Period close and reconciliation
- Active SC clearance required
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist expertise across Oracle Fusion modules, particularly HCM
- Manage workload within the delivery team and contribute technical leadership where required
- Investigate and resolve L2 and L3 incidents within the Oracle Fusion platform
- Work collaboratively with third-party vendors and technical teams to resolve issues
- Maintain and update configuration management and knowledge documentation
- Support release management and deployment activities
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of system integrations and platform performance
Description
We are supporting a major UK public sector digital transformation programme by seeking two Senior Oracle Fusion Developers to join our established Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. You will provide technical expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud, covering development, configuration, incident resolution, and platform optimisation. This role involves working closely with technical teams and third-party partners to maintain system stability and support ongoing releases. The contract is for 12 months, offering a competitive daily rate of £650 to £700. This position is remotely located and categorized as inside IR35.
