Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the packaging or manufacturing sectors, ideally in corrugated or folding carton production. A proven track record in delivering enterprise software implementations is essential, along with expertise in ERP platforms such as Encore, Label Traxx, or Axiom. You should possess strong consulting and communication skills, enabling you to lead client engagements effectively. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Additionally, you should be willing to travel across the UK and mainland Europe as necessary. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead full-cycle ERP implementations for manufacturing and packaging clients across the UK and Europe. You'll conduct discovery workshops and define business requirements to ensure the ERP solutions are configured to align with customer operations and best practices. Your responsibilities will include delivering process documentation, user training, and providing post-implementation support. You will troubleshoot system challenges and resolve operational issues effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and software development, will be key, as well as providing input into service delivery improvements and supporting proposal development. You will also mentor junior consultants and contribute to our internal consulting frameworks.
