Requirements
Must:
- Vast experience within a relevant field (datacenter, telecommunications, IT or electrical)
- Proficient in electrical wiring, networks, and optical fiber installations including dark fiber
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on achieving SLAs and KPIs
- Willingness to support 24/7 data centre operations
- Good understanding of customer service requests and handling them efficiently
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and physical installations within the data centre
- Handle all incoming customer service requests
- Ensure SLAs and agreed KPIs are met for outstanding customer satisfaction
- Provide 24/7 support for data centre operations
- Represent the local facility team during out of business hours
- Act as first level support during emergency situations
Description
