- Relevant 3rd level qualification with 2 years' experience, or 5 years in a technical IT support role.
- System Administration Experience (Windows Server, Active Directory, Onboarding/Off-boarding Management, etc.).
- IT Hardware Support experience, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking equipment.
- Systems Support experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support.
- ERP System Exposure, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with user management, licensing, and cybersecurity practices.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot factory IT systems, including PCs, scanners, label printers, and machine interfaces, ensuring minimal downtime through effective technical support on the production floor and the completion of preventive maintenance.
- Support the stability and reliability of network and equipment connectivity on the shop floor.
- Assist in the IT integration of automation and engineering projects.
- Set up and support IT equipment for office users, including PCs, printers, and telephony systems.
- Manage desktops, laptops, user accounts, access permissions, and peripheral devices while providing day-to-day IT support for office staff.
- Resolve issues related to Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft 365, Asana, Active Directory, and other general business software.
- Lead Cybersecurity Awareness across the organization, ensuring compliance to policies.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues across departments.
- Lead the IT helpdesk, providing accurate and timely resolutions while documenting solutions.
- Maintain and update the IT Runbook, including asset inventories.
- Support ongoing IT improvement projects, upgrades, and cybersecurity compliance (including Cyber Essentials).
- Contribute to the overall performance and security of IT systems within the business.
