We are looking for personable individuals with strong communication skills who can establish effective working relationships. You should be quick to learn new things and comfortable working both within a team and independently. The ability to explain technical issues in everyday language, along with a strong attention to detail, is essential. You must possess good organizational skills to prioritize effectively and be self-motivated.
On the technical side, you should have strong experience with desktop support and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Windows Server, HyperV, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory. Familiarity with email infrastructure such as Exchange and Office 365, as well as a solid understanding of firewalls and networking, is also required.
Responsibilities
Your primary duties will involve efficiently resolving 3rd line technical issues remotely and responding to technical queries through phone and ticketing systems. You will triage queries for effective response or escalation, assist Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, and be responsible for the installation and maintenance of servers, computers, printers, firewalls, and network-related equipment. Furthermore, you will provide IT support for clients, either on-site or remotely, and may have opportunities for project management.
