Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Fire and/or Security Servicing
- Fluency in English
- A full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities
- Safely and compliantly service and maintain our clients' fire and security systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide technical advice
- Ensure all systems meet compliance and performance standards
- Communicate effectively, problem-solve under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Build long-term relationships, remaining organized and detail-oriented
- Collaborate with the team, leading by example
Description
We are looking for a skilled engineer with a passion for safety and technology, whether you have experience in both disciplines or specialize in either fire or security systems. We offer training for single-discipline candidates. In this role, you will be familiar with compliance standards (such as NSI PD6662 for intruder alarms, NCP 104 & BS EN 62676 for CCTV, and NCP 109 for access control) and have experience with networking and systems. You should also have technical experience with various systems including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, fire alarms, and intercoms from reputable brands. Our working hours are 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability.
