End User Support Engineer - Belfast

- Lead the development of end user compute services as a technical specialist - Lead teams of technical staff on project-led service development activities - Proactively monitor, maintain, test, and enhance the resilience of managed desktop and mobile device management services - Design, test, and transition new and enhanced services into operational use - Manage and coordinate evaluation and investigation activities to support integration and adoption of corporate approved technology platforms - Initiate and execute centralized service management responsibilities and performance monitoring - Maintain, manage, and develop endpoint management platforms, endpoint security, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure - Research, develop, promote, and support endpoint management and deployment technologies - Automate processes including application deployments and management using major scripting languages - Provide technical consultancy and support to ICT staff - Manage secure configuration and deployment of tailored policies for effective endpoint protection - Act as a technical liaison with maintenance and service providers to resolve operational problems - Function as the primary technical resource and trusted advisor
