Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of practical experience in developing data queries using recognized data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL) and presenting results. You should also have a minimum of 1 year of experience in maintaining the security and integrity of data, training users on how to input and extract data from existing information systems, and coordinating all aspects of monthly monitoring data collection and reporting to ensure high-quality output produced on time. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience using MS Dynamics CRM, SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel (or equivalents) is preferred. Additionally, we value a minimum of 1 year of experience working in the public sector.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to maintain, review, and improve systems and processes for collecting service and outcomes data in line with our organization's remit. You will support the implementation of a monitoring and evaluation framework for gathering data and monitoring service delivery standards with key stakeholders. You will assist service providers in collecting and reporting service data for contract monitoring and outcomes measurement. Establishing, implementing, and regularly monitoring procedures for data collection to ensure data integrity and quality will be part of your responsibilities. You will also cleanse, manipulate, and analyze data to support management decision-making and undertake regular reviews of data collection procedures within the organization. Providing accurate and timely management reports using relevant data sources and facilitating ad hoc requests from the Management Team will also be key components of your role.

This is a contract position based in Belfast, offering a rate of £17.88 per hour. We are proud to partner with a not-for-profit organization that is experiencing an increased workload and requires a Monitoring Officer to join their team for an initial period of 6 months.
