Must:
We are seeking candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
- Knowledge of process mapping and data analysis tools
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification is desirable
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to take on the following responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of processes and data across all departments
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in current operations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Develop data-driven recommendations for process enhancements
- Create detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements
- Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate closely with the development and systems support teams
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Report project status to stakeholders and senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and key stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings
- Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively to all levels of the organization
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit hire operations
- Propose and implement process improvements and technological solutions
- Monitor and report on the impact of implemented changes
