Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in an IT environment
- Proficiency in Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Products
- Basic Windows troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Efficiently resolve first line technical issues remotely via phone or ticketing system
- Triage issues for resolution or escalation
- Install and maintain computers, printers, and network-related equipment for all clients
- Potentially work on client sites
