2nd Line IT Support Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated 2nd Line IT Support Engineer who is looking for a fresh challenge. You will work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, supporting and delivering Microsoft cloud, server, and desktop solutions alongside a highly experienced technical team. In this lead role, you will join the Technical Services team and take pride in delivering high-quality IT solutions with integrity. You will manage and implement various IT projects, including physical and virtual servers, cloud infrastructure, firewalls, networking, security solutions, and system migrations for a diverse client base, both remotely and on-site. Additionally, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert pre-sales support to Client Relationship Managers and serving as an escalation point for Project Engineers and Technical Services Engineers.
