Requirements
Must:
- Ideally 2 years of experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Positive attitude and a good work ethic
- Strong experience in a client-facing role
- Integration or Support knowledge of financial markets, companies, and products (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Algorithmic Trading, Credit, FX, Volatility, etc.)
- DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or matching technical skills
- Good working knowledge of and experience with: Linux shell, Perl, FIX, FIXML, XML/ATDL, Networking/Connectivity concepts, FIX Simulator (i.e., Verifix)
Responsibilities
- Understand simple to complex business requirements and design a technical solution to meet those needs
- Install, deploy, or configure the suite of products
- Facilitate technical discussions and workshops for product deployment, project integrations, and technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize project timelines and milestones, document ongoing progress, and highlight concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure proactive communication with clients and internal staff, managing enhancement requirements and escalations
- Develop technical solutions for integration and product extensions, following established guidelines for production depictions
- Equip Sales, Account Management, and Support teams with the necessary technical information to sell and support product solutions, including details of customized workflows or bespoke solutions
- Produce and manage client-facing and internal documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues escalated by the L1 Support team

This position operates four days a week in the office with one day remote, with the possibility of changing to three days in the office and two days remote in the future.
