Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in leading development teams
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Solid C#/.NET development experience
- Genuine interest in clean, well-crafted code and continuous improvement
- Strong experience with Azure, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based development
- Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Functions, or PaaS
- Familiarity with SQL Server, MongoDB, or Snowflake
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect
- Background in data platforms, aviation, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
Responsibilities
- Mentoring and coaching backend developers through code reviews and collaboration
- Defining and embedding engineering standards and best practices
- Contributing hands-on to our C#/.NET codebase
- Collaborating on technical direction and architectural decisions
- Working within a growing Scrum framework with the Technical Product Owner and frontend developers
- Identifying and addressing technical debt pragmatically
- Participating in future hiring decisions as the team grows
