Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications within a legal or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of Document Management Systems (such as iManage or SharePoint)
- Experience with Practice/Case Management Systems (such as Peppermint, Elite, Aderant or similar)
- Experience supporting integrations with Microsoft 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting MS SQL Server queries
- Solid understanding of relational databases
- Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills to translate technical issues into business-friendly language
- Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Responsibilities
- Provide second and third line support across business-critical legal applications
- Act as a subject matter expert for platforms such as iManage, SharePoint, Peppermint, and their integrations with Microsoft 365
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents
- Analyse system performance and database behavior
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure systems operate securely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in system upgrades, configuration changes, UAT cycles, and platform enhancements
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure teams, third-party vendors, and senior legal stakeholders
