Requirements

Must:
- Experience working as a NOC Engineer or in a similar role - Experience in network switching, FWA 5Ghz, VLANs, subnetting, and routing protocols - Comfortable working in a fast-paced network environment - Excellent working knowledge of systems, including Microsoft packages - Strong attention to detail - Experience working on RCAs and RFOs - Working knowledge of SONAR and Zabbix preferred but not essential

- Monitor and manage the Quickline infrastructure, radio, and 5G networks - Rapidly react to issues, outages, and alarms - Implement key management of Quickline problem and change policy - Manage incidents and report on potential issues affecting the Quickline network - Manage security on the Quickline network, including access to sites, street cabinets, and key secure locations
