Requirements
Must:
- Considerable network engineering understanding with exposure to Juniper, Dell Fabric, Cisco routing, and switching.
- Certifications such as the Juniper JNCIS, JNCIP, and JNCIA or Cisco CCNP, CCNA, and CCDA.
- Knowledge of MPLS, BGP, OSPF, Layer 2, 3, Cisco, Juniper, Extreme.
- Strong network troubleshooting skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in technical documentation.
- Experience in reviewing action plans for planned and unplanned changes to the network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure.
- Test and document network TCP/IP performance.
- Create customized network management tools to evaluate, monitor, and report network statistics.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, implementation, and configurations of network hardware and software.
