Requirements
Must:
- Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance modeling, UX design)
- Experience building scalable, user-focused BI/reporting solutions
- Strong creativity in data visualization and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with data engineering or data platform teams
Responsibilities
- Own and shape a modern Power BI reporting ecosystem used across the business
- Define best practices for dashboard design, usability, and insight storytelling
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions through data
- Build scalable, self-serve reporting that reduces ad-hoc requests
- Partner with Data Engineering to create robust, trusted data models
- Innovate and raise the bar for BI across the organization
