Requirements
Must:
- Expertise on 3DEXPERIENCE platform architecture
- Expertise on 3DEXPERIENCE upgrade to latest releases
- Understanding impacts on changes in newer releases on customers existing infrastructure
- Implement best practices in customers environment
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customer
- Work with the Upgrade Architect, providing technical architecture expertise and recommendations
- Optimize baseline indexing, including platform and other applications
- Drive infrastructure assessment
- Provide support during the production upgrade phase
- Experience in deployment of web-based applications with database
- Web-based application setup and configuration knowledge
- Web-based architecture design and sizing
- Web-based application monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
- Basic knowledge of database web applications, Tomcat/Tomee, Windows (Windows Server), and Linux (RHEL, CentOS)
- Competence in data storage databases (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering or MCA
- 10 to 15 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platform deployment (or other PLM solutions)
- Hands-on experience with databases, application servers, and middleware
- Knowledge about continuous integration/deployment processes and tools (Git, SVN, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Nexus, etc.)
- Exposure to SSL, load balancers (software and hardware), LDAP, and proxy servers is a plus
Responsibilities
- Foster an environment of innovation and technical excellence
- Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and provide tailored solutions
- Oversee upgrades and installations of the latest 3DEXPERIENCE releases
- Ensure best practices are implemented to enhance customer environments
- Conduct infrastructure assessments to optimize project outcomes
- Support clients during the production upgrade phase, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption
- Monitor and troubleshoot web-based applications to maintain performance standards
- Provide ongoing support and technical guidance as a trusted advisor
- Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies
- Work effectively within a diverse team of engineers
