Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Proven expertise with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) or similar FSM platforms
- Solid understanding of Field Service workflows, processes, and best practices
- Experience delivering end-to-end FSM implementations
- Strong background in requirements gathering, user stories, and functional design
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Good understanding of integrations, data, and overall solution architecture
- Salesforce certifications (BA / Service Cloud / FSL Consultant) - Desirable
- Experience working within large enterprise environments - Desirable
- Exposure to Service Cloud and wider Salesforce ecosystem - Desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to gather and analyse Field Service Management requirements
- Create user stories, functional specifications, and documentation
- Support backlog management, prioritisation, and story refinement
- Design functional solutions leveraging Salesforce Field Service Lightning
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Provide functional oversight and guidance across the project lifecycle
- Analyse business challenges and recommend effective solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing FSM best practice and thought leadership
Description
We are a global organisation delivering a major Salesforce Field Service Lightning programme and are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Business Analyst. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale Field Service Management transformation within a complex, enterprise environment. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering effective solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams. Located in London with hybrid working options available, this position offers a daily rate of £525 and the chance to start immediately with a strong likelihood of extension.
