Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years as a Release Manager or Delivery Lead (network/infrastructure)/n- Strong understanding of: WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, routing (BGP/OSPF), firewalls, load balancers/n- Knowledge of secure network zones/segmentation (CNI/OT/IT)/n- Experience managing complex cutovers and multi-vendor deployments/n- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab) and ServiceNow/JIRA/n- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills/n- Ability to lead confidently during high-pressure deployment windows/n- Must be eligible for UK SC clearance (active SC advantageous)/n- 5 years continuous UK residency/n- Clean criminal and financial history/n- Ability to meet UK vetting standards
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end release and cutover planning for network/CNI changes/n- Lead major cutovers including WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, routing and CNI migrations/n- Coordinate readiness across network, security, testing, operations and change teams/n- Run release reviews and Go/No-Go decisions/n- Oversee deployment execution, manage escalations and ensure accurate documentation/n- Ensure alignment with security, architecture and ITIL change-management processes/n- Communicate release status and risks to project and operational stakeholders
Description
We are looking for a Release Manager to lead network release activities and CNI cutovers at our Wokingham location. In this role, you will ensure secure, well-governed, and high-quality deployments across mission-critical environments. You will manage the release lifecycle, coordinate technical teams, and oversee complex network migrations while ensuring compliance with security and architectural standards.
