Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of Guidewire experience, including 5–10+ years in integration development
- Proven leadership across InsuranceSuite integrations
- Strong knowledge in Java, Gosu, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, Cloud API, batch/async
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies with JIRA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Preferred: Guidewire ACE certification, offshore collaboration experience, knowledge of P&C domain
Responsibilities
- Lead integration design and development across ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter
- Build solutions using Integration Gateway, App Events, Cloud APIs, REST, and batch/async
- Implement secure authentication methods including OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, JWT, and Identity Federation
- Oversee error handling, monitoring, logging, and ensure production-ready resilience
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and act as a subject matter expert in workshops
- Partner with architects, BAs, PMs, QA, and wider teams to translate requirements
- Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement using scalable practices
Description
We are seeking a Guidewire Integration Lead to drive the design and delivery of complex integrations across the Guidewire InsuranceSuite. This role is based in either Guildford or London with a hybrid working model, requiring 1 day per week onsite. We offer a contract rate of £600 per day inside IR35, with an initial duration of 6 months. In this position, you will provide hands-on technical leadership, shape integration architecture, and guide developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
