Requirements
Must:
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in web analytics and A/B testing
- Google BigQuery expertise
- CRO and optimization experience
- Data modeling knowledge (desirable)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data development lifecycles (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Analyze website performance and user behavior data to identify trends, pain points, and conversion bottlenecks.
- Map and optimize user journeys, improving landing pages, funnels, and key touchpoints.
- Collaborate with site optimization teams to develop and execute CRO strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders via detailed reports and presentations.
- Utilize CRO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BigQuery, etc.) to track performance and manage testing initiatives.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and implement industry best practices for CRO.
- Identify and target key audience segments with personalized experiences to drive higher engagement and conversions.
Description
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic CRO Analyst to join our leading telecom-focused team in London Paddington / Reading Green Park. This is a 6-month contract role, hybrid in nature, allowing you to work 2 days in the office. You will play a key role in improving digital experiences and optimizing conversion rates.
