Requirements
Must:
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, and cross-module interactions.
- Experience in business process mapping, AS IS/TO BE analysis, and fit-gap evaluation.
- Hands-on knowledge of payroll cycles, costing, reconciliations, and benefit integrations.
- Familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher reports.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct AS IS/TO BE process assessments for Payroll and Benefits.
- Facilitate workshops with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications (BRDs, FSDs, process flows).
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Fusion-aligned solutions.
- Provide functional expertise in payroll cycles, statutory compliance, and benefits processes.
- Support UAT, quarterly updates, and operational process improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving process alignment across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payroll and Benefits modules to work with a leading UK-based organization. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite in Crawley, UK, and offers a rate of £550/day for a contract duration of 6 months.
