Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as both Agile Coach and Scrum Master
- Experience in greenfield Agile implementations
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro
- Relevant certifications: PSM I/II, Agile Coaching, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills
- Change management and advanced Agile frameworks knowledge (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum framework, and self-organization
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
- Identify and remove impediments; escalate systemic blockers
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics and data-driven insights

This hands-on, flexible role involves providing Scrum Master support while coaching teams and guiding their Agile transformation.
