Requirements
Must:
We are seeking an Azure Solution Architect with the following essential skills and experience:
- Proficiency in C# / .NET Framework with strong coding and debugging skills.
- Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, Event Grid, Azure Storage, and Service Bus.
- Strong knowledge of the API/integration lifecycle, including design, deployment, and enhancement.
- Hands-on experience building and updating integrations/APIs in Azure Integration.
- Programming proficiency in JavaScript, XSLT, C#, and Liquid Templates.
- Expertise in RESTful & SOAP API design, APIM policy, and transformations.
- Skilled in API/Integration security protocols & best practices.
- Practical experience with Postman, API monitoring, and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of Open API Specification, WSDL, SOAP, and XSLT.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and OOP concepts.
- Application Insight proficiency in .NET and .NET Core (Web, API) and working knowledge of VS Code with Azure.
Responsibilities
As an Azure Solution Architect, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders and coordinating delivery with offshore teams.
- Leading the development of the RegDB program and ensuring on-time delivery of project code.
- Providing clear and timely progress updates to stakeholders (daily/weekly).
- Conducting requirement meetings and translating needs into technical solutions.
- Developing and reviewing code, ensuring team delivery meets standards.
- Deploying code into lower environments and supporting production deployments with the SRE team.
- Preparing documentation for SRE and production readiness.
Description
We are looking for an Azure professional with strong solution design and integration expertise to work on a high-impact program within a collaborative environment. This position is for a contract length of 6 months, with a day rate of £500 per day inside IR35. The role will be based in Wokingham, requiring 3 days per week onsite.
