Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience as a Data Architect or Data Modeller in large-scale, data-rich environments. You must have deep expertise in data warehousing and analytics architecture, along with strong knowledge of modelling methodologies such as 3NF, Dimensional, and Data Vault. Experience working with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is essential. Additionally, we seek individuals with strong communication skills that can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, a curiosity to understand business processes, and a drive to structure data for maximum value. Experience with cloud migration or greenfield data platform build-outs is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain enterprise data models across analytical and operational domains. You will lead the development of data models (3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault) that align with business requirements and own and govern modelling standards within our delivery teams. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate business needs into scalable data architecture solutions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed data architecture within our broader tech strategy, while also evaluating emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in data practices.
