Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Stream, Viva Engage, and Yammer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating engaging visuals, infographics, and simple instructional videos
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on large-scale IT change initiatives
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) is advantageous
- Experience using internal communication platforms such as Poppulo is desirable
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess change impacts, communication needs, and training requirements
- Design and develop engaging communication and learning materials, including emails, presentations, infographics, and short videos
- Manage and update internal microsites to ensure easy access to change-related resources
- Organize and coordinate in-person and virtual change events such as roadshows and workshops
- Track attendance and feedback from change sessions, and produce summary reports on outcomes
- Assist with the logistics of training delivery, including user tracking and post-training evaluations
- Build and maintain effective relationships with both IT and business stakeholders
- Support the measurement of change success through surveys, metrics, and feedback analysis
Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Analyst to join our dynamic and agile development team in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major digital transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the people side of change, ensuring effective communication, adoption, and embedding of new systems, tools, and ways of working across our organization.
