Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Change Analyst who possesses the following skills and experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Stream, Viva Engage, and Yammer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in creating visuals, infographics, and basic video guides.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on large-scale IT change projects.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- A working knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or Kotter is a plus.
- Experience using communication platforms like Poppulo is desirable.
Responsibilities
As our Change Analyst, I will expect you to:
- Analyze and identify change impacts, communication needs, and training requirements.
- Design, develop, and distribute communication and learning materials, including emails, presentations, infographics, and short videos.
- Manage content on internal microsites and ensure accessibility of all change resources.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual change events, including roadshows and workshops.
- Track attendance, capture feedback, and summarize outcomes from change sessions.
- Assist with training logistics, user tracking, and evaluation reporting.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across IT and business teams.
- Support the measurement of change effectiveness through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Description
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented Change Analyst to join our dynamic and agile development team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role, based in Glasgow and office-based, will involve supporting the successful delivery of a major digital transformation programme. As the Change Analyst, you will focus on the people side of change, ensuring that new systems, tools, and ways of working are effectively communicated, adopted, and embedded across the organization. You will collaborate closely with the IT Change Manager and cross-functional teams to create communication materials, support training delivery, and analyze change impacts.
