Must:

Responsibilities
- I need you to design and implement user-friendly, high-quality UI/UX interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms.
- You will create wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure visuals are accurately translated into code and fully functional is part of your role.
- Conducting design quality control — reviewing builds to verify visual and functional consistency is a key task.
- Producing branding materials, graphics, and icons that align with company identity and app standards is required.
- You will design engaging visual content, including animations and short motion graphics, for marketing and in-app visuals.
- Working with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, and development) to ensure cohesive and functional design delivery is expected.
- Staying current on design trends, usability principles, and front-end development best practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) is important.
- Performing user research and testing to continually refine and enhance the customer experience is part of your responsibilities.
Description
Desirable skills include experience with React Native, Flutter, or similar app frameworks, as well as knowledge of motion design, video editing, or animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Understanding digital marketing principles and how design impacts conversions and engagement is beneficial. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design workflows is appreciated. This position is remote or hybrid (UK-based preferred) with full-time, flexible working hours. I offer a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses. The pay range is £31,258.63 - £75,805.40 per year, and the work location is hybrid remote in Kington HR5 3DJ.
