Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You should be patient and empathetic, especially when assisting non-tech-savvy staff who may need additional time to understand our processes. A full, clean driver's license and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex is required for this role.

As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will handle all user queries and provide support across 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line issues. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting users over the phone, through remote tools, or in person at site locations.
- Being the first point of contact for all IT-related queries within our organization.
- Engaging in project work that will contribute to the future development of Quantum Care.

This is an office-based role, primarily working from our head office in Welwyn Garden City.
