Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
- Understanding of ERP workflows and financial/operational processes
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments (desirable)
- Familiarity with automation tools, dashboards, or reporting solutions (desirable)
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Confident communicator able to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop, customise, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes
- Develop internal applications, dashboards, and automation tools
- Maintain clear documentation for code, configurations, and processes
- Work closely with finance, operations, and customer service teams to deliver system improvements
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems
