Requirements
Must:
- Technical BA with good DevOps experience
- Experience with apps/tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Nexus/Sonatype
- Familiarity with build and deployment tooling (CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible)
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk)
- +5 years experience with software delivery in banking/finance/fintech
- Independent worker with a strong sense of ownership
- Proven problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build good working relationships with team and stakeholders
- Advantage for additional language skills
- Broad knowledge of IT controls and best practices
- Project experience in large matrix organizations
- Ability to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
- Experience in process improvement within a DevOps context
- Good working experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with database concepts and the ability to query and analyze data
- Experience with M&A, integrations, or divestitures is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist existing DevOps staff across the portfolio of projects
- Support analysis, planning, and data extraction for various projects
- Manage app build, testing, migration, and post-live support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
- Contribute to building strong working relationships with team members
- Monitor and troubleshoot incidents, providing effective solutions
- Ensure adherence to IT controls and best practices in all tasks
