Senior ServiceNow Developer

I am looking for a candidate who can commute to our central Leeds office and has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role involving service operations tooling. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience and understanding of ServiceNow development, including scripting in JavaScript and Glide. A strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and processes underpinning ITSM, PA, CSDM, CMDB, Employee Centre, and Integration Hub, including REST and SOAP web services and API integrations, is essential. Familiarity with AWS services related to service operations, such as AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, and Step Functions, is also required. Additionally, I am seeking someone with experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code, along with strong problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and automation. A good understanding of ServiceNow's out-of-the-box architecture and other platforms such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence is expected. Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform while driving thought leadership is a must. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the selected candidate will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, potentially across multiple customer environments.
