Requirements
Must:
- I require extensive hands-on implementation experience of core SAP ECC HCM modules with current subject matter expertise in Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll.
- I look for candidates with extensive exposure to other SAP ECC HCM modules such as Personnel Management, Training & Event Management, and Performance Management.
- It’s essential that applicants have substantial exposure to ABAP, preferably with hands-on programming experience.
- I need individuals who have experience integrating SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and third-party systems using tools like SAP CPI.
- Candidates should have participated in at least 4 SAP full lifecycle implementations or system upgrades.
- Participation in at least 2 rounds of support packs is also required.
- I value experience in supporting or mentoring less experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to actively engage in the implementation of core SAP ECC HCM modules and provide expertise in various related areas.
- You will be involved in integrating SAP ECC HCM with other systems, ensuring seamless functionality and operations.
- I need you to contribute to full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades while supporting the team in navigating support packs.
- As a team member, you will have the opportunity to mentor less experienced colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience to cultivate their growth.
Description
- While not essential, familiarity with SAP technical modules such as Basis, Security, and SAP PI would be advantageous. - Any exposure to SAP Workflows will be considered a plus. - Additionally, I appreciate candidates with knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript and Groovy Script.
